Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To work continuously without the interception of an original work by arranging two sets of a front jack and rear jack in series, arranging a wedge on the piston rod tips of respective jacks and holding a steel wire by storing the wedge in a conical groove and shrinking the diameter. SOLUTION: Two sets of center hole jack of a front jack j1 and rear lack j2 are arranged in series. By installing a wedge 1 on the piston rod tips of respective jacks and storing to a conic groove formed on the tip of the piston rod and shrinking the diameter, one or plural steel wires 2 are held. The holding of the steel wire 2 is altered by extending the front jack j1 by a bigger speed than the speed reduction extension speed of the rear jack j2 at the same time of the speed reduction operation of the rear jack j2 and the steel wire 2 is drawn continuously and smoothly while repeating the same work. Thereby, the steel wire of a long distance can be drawn near continuously and smoothly without an interception.
