PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing and spraying method which is capable of not only rapidly and surely mixing a resin and an inclusion material but stably coating a surface to be sprayed with the mixture by evenly dispersing the mixture, is cost effective and eliminates a possibility of the occurrence of loss in time and its mixing and spraying nozzle. SOLUTION: The mixing and spraying nozzle 1 has an air pipeline 1a for passing a high-velocity air stream in an arrow direction, a resin discharge path 1b for discharging the resin of a two-pack reaction type into the air pipeline 1a, an inclusion material discharging path 1c for discharge the inclusion material composed of powdery, granular or massive aggregated, etc., of natural or synthetic fibers or silica sand, rubber chips, foamed resin materials, etc., and a mixing chamber 1d for mixing the resin and the inclusion material. A throttling part 1a' reduced in its bore smaller than the bores before and behind the part is formed in mid-way of the air pipeline 1a. The discharge port of the resin discharging path 1b faces the part. The mixing chamber 1d made additionally larger in the bore is arranged in front of the air pipeline 1a. The inclusion material discharged from the inclusion material discharging path 1c is discharged from diagonally behind.
