PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform checking work by megger quickly, very safely with good workability, by wiring the grounding side of a grounding equipment to the front of a distribution panel, and providing a mechanism for disengaging a grounding line from a grounding pole. SOLUTION: A breaker 5 and a breaker equipment 4 are inserted in the main circuit 5C, thereby indicating that the breaker 5 is in a connecting position 7. Also, a grounding operation handle 9 is located at a grounding disconnect position 15, and a grounding clip 10 is placed in a disconnected state from a grounding plate 11. And in a state where the breaker 5 and the leader equipment 4 are inserted to a main circuit unit 5c, even though the grounding operation handle 9 is pushed down from the grounding disconnect position 15 and moved to a grounding closing position 17, a coupling device 9B for coupling an operation rod 9A is disturbed by a stud and the operation connect be performed. By doing this, the checking work by megger can be performed safely, easily and quickly.
