PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make processing solvent between the entrance side and the exit area of a processing channel freely flow without making the processing solvent pass through the processing channel having narrow width by providing a lower recirculation fluid control channel for balancing the height of the level of the processing solvent inside a processing part. SOLUTION: The shape of the processing channel 46 is specified and the channel 46 is arranged by a lower block member 48 and an upper block member 55. As to the shapes of the respective members 48 and 55; an entrance fluid storing area 73 is formed in the vicinity of the entrance part 47 of the channel 46, and a fluid storing area 74 is formed in the vicinity of the exit part 49 of the channel 46. A damming part 78 is provided in order to make excessive processing solvent flow from the processing part 12. The balancing path channel 70 provided so that the processing solvent fluidally communicates between the area 73 provided with the respective rollers 54 of the part 12 and the area 74 provided with the respective rollers 64 of the part 12 is formed on the member 55.
