Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively obtain homogeneous radar performance and stable performance for detecting an object over an entire azimuth in a light radar device being used, for example, for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A luminous flux being emitted from a light source 10 is introduced to optical elements 36 and 37 with focal distance corresponding to the ratio of small and large spread angles that are the astigmatic difference thus forming the shape of the section of the luminous flux in a circle. Furthermore, the luminous flux is generated into fan beams with a spread angle only in vertical direction by an optical element 40 on a cylindrical surface, and at the same time an actuator 50 is rotated for scanning the fan beams in an entire azimuth.
