Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for extracting and purifying a DNA, enabling to fully automatically and inexpensively extract and purify an extranuclear gene DNA (plasmid DNA) replicated and proliferated with transformants. SOLUTION: A divided injection unit 10 can horizontally be moved on a rail 19b with a moving device, the device 1 is provided with tube racks 11, 12 capable of being moved in horizontal and vertical directions. Filter tubes for extracting and purifying the DNA are arranged on the tube racks 11, 12. A waste liquid vat 44 and a recovering vat 47 are arranged below the tube racks 11, 12. Suction ports to be connected to a vacuum pump are arranged in the waste liquid vat 44 and the recovering vat 47.
