SOLUTION: This mouse is such one that fertilized eggs have been deposited as #IAR-NHI-9701 animal in the Institute of Animal Reproduction, having a biochemical marker gene of the formula. The NS:Hr/1(:l(series hairless mice sensitive to Helicobacter pylori or having the digestive tracts orally infected with Helicobacter pylori are used for elucidating the onset mechanism for such diseases as gastritis, stomach ulcer, duodenal ulcer, and carcinogenesis due to the advancement to neoplasia in the mucosal epithelia and for screening the efficacy of medicines against Helicobacter pylori.
