PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to execute a stable servo operation without specially requiring accuracy improvement or adjustment process for circuits or parts in a both edge sample method. SOLUTION: A pulse width in H level period and a pulse width in L level period are measured in response to the edge of pulse signal of the frequency corresponding to a drive speed, moreover, each measured value is corrected to a value in a state of 50% pulse duty respectively, and this is considered as present speed information (DFG1, DFG2...) of a driven body. And the present speed information obtained through the measurement and corrective operation is compared with reference speed information, thereby creating speed error information, and the servo operation can be executed by driving motor means in response to the speed error information.
