Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink having high heat dissipating capability which cannot be realized with fins formed of conventional aluminum mold material. SOLUTION: A heat pipe 7 which is substituted for fins formed of aluminum mold material is used at a part, wherein surface temperature of a heat block 1 may become highest, and fixed on the surface of the heat block 1 with screws. At this time, it is preferable that the heat pipe 7 substituted for the fins formed of aluminum mold material be buried and fixed with a solder in a metal block 6, and the metal block is fixed on the surface of the heat block 1 with screws. It is preferable that the heat pipe 7 substituted for the fins formed of aluminum mold material is forcibly inserted into accompanying heat-dissipating fins 4 of a main body side heat pipe 3 in the heat block 1. It is preferable that a bonding part of the heat pipe 7 be substituted for the fins formed of aluminum mold material and the metal block 6 and a bonding part of the main body side heat pipe 3, and the heat block 1 are sealed with epoxy resin.
