Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the damage-proof performance and the economy of a transparent cover arranged at the front part of an instrument along with the waterproof and dustproof performance of the housing of instrument. SOLUTION: A transparent glass plate 22 is arranged on the front side of a resin cover 19 while covering the see-through part thereof. Circumferential fringe part of the transparent glass plate 22 is jointed to the circumferential fringe part of the resin cover 19 by means of a fixed frame 24 being retained by the housing 11. A passage 27 communicating between the outside of the housing 11 and a gap 23 defined by the surface of the resin cover 19 and the rear surface of the transparent glass plate 22 is formed at the circumferential fringe part on the surface of the resin cover 19.
