Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively lower the fluid resistance with a small energy by forming an inner wall of a pipeline or a wall surface of a ship's bottom into the predetermined water repellent surface or oil repellent surface, and forming a thin gas layer between the water repellent or the oil repellent surface and the fluid. SOLUTION: An inner tube 2 is provided on the inside of a pipeline 1 of a synthetic resin pipe, and the inner tube 2 is formed with an air permeable layer 3 and a water repellent layer 4, which is provided on the inside of the air permeable layer 3 and which has air permeability and water repellency having an angle of contact with the fluid at 90 degree or more. The air permeable layer 3 is formed of a structural member, which is obtained by burning a sintered metal, etc., having a low filling density for hardening through a binder and which has a characteristic for easily permeating air and which has a certain degree of strength. When the air is blown out in the water through the air permeable layer 3, in the case where the surface of the layer is formed with the water repellent layer 4, since the surface repels water, the air forms an air layer between the water repellent surface of a pipeline and water. Consequently, loss of flow passage can be lowered. |
