Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut a lug by holding a rubber crawler while being kept in under tension, and providing a regulating part pressed to the back of a rubber shoe on both sides of a core bar to support the rubber shoe, and a cutting part having a blade for cutting a lug. SOLUTION: This device comprises a holding part 10 for holding a rubber crawler 2, a cutting part 20 having a blade 3, and a shoe regulating part 30 for supporting a rubber shoe near the back side where the blade 3 is pressed to the rubber shoe. The holding part 10 is provided with a rotatable driving wheel 12, a driven wheel 11 and a tension roller 14 to keep the rubber crawler 2 under tension. The cutting part 20 is provided with a long saw-tooth blade 3, the cutting edge of which is directed downward, and only the blade 3 is endlessly travelled in rotation by a motor 21 to cut a lug. At this time, the lug bilaterally provided on the surface of the rubber shoe by the regulating part 3 can be uniformly cut.
