Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a system fault in an early stage by monitoring the reception situation of a processing request from the other process except for the plural processes constituting a program and judging it to be stall state when the processing request is not executed for prescribed time. SOLUTION: In the program 2 constituted of the plural processes 3-1 to 3-n, interruption reception means 5-1 to 5-n add fault detection counters 4-1 to 4-n when the respective processes are interrupted. When the processing request from the other process group 8 except for the processes constituting the program 2 is received, the counter reset means 6 of the pertinent process 3 of the process group resets the fault detection counter 4, and a stall monitor means 7 issues inquiry requests to all the processes of the program 2 at every prescribed time. When the value of the fault detection counter 4 exceeds the prescribed value, it is judged that the program 2 is the stall state.
