Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade an appearance of a foam molding by improving sealability of a corner having high rigidity and formed of three surfaces of longitudinal, lateral and side surfaces of a peripheral edge rising part of a skin, and preventing leakage of a foam raw material. SOLUTION: In an instrument panel having a foam layer 7 integrally molded between a core material 3 and a skin 5, a corner 15 becoming a start point of altering an angle of a rising surface of a peripheral edge rising part 11 of the skin 5 in two directions is provided at the part 11. The corner 15 is surrounded by three surfaces extending in three-dimensional directions of two rising surfaces for altering the angle in two directions and a surface of a skin body part (a side 13a of a skin body 13) continued over the two rising surfaces. A cured material 21' made of gel-like sealer is interposed between a rising wall 9 of the material 3 and the part 11 of the corner 15 of the skin 5.
