Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adsorb effectively an organic solvent by a simple means almost without adsorbing water by bonding crushed papers containing a sizing agent together by a binder. SOLUTION: A paper containing a sizing agent is manufactured by, for example, varying the blend ratio for a used corrugated paper crushed material with a sugi (Japanese cedar) bark crushed material, adding, for example, sheath type polyester fibers (fiber length: 1 cm, fiber diameter: approximately 3 denier, sheath melting temperature: approximately 110 deg.C and core material melting temperature: approximately 225 deg.C) of 10 pts. as a binder to above woody fibers of 90 pts. and mixing them altogether sufficiently. The degree of crushing the paper containing the sizing agent is, for example, crushing to form the fiber length of approximately 0.03 cm-5 cm, more desirably the fiber length of approximately 0.3 cm-0.7 cm. The mixed fibers are filled in a template, and hand- pressed for forming, and then the fibers are released from the inside of the template and heat treated at approximately 130 deg.C for approximately 30 minutes. An adsorption body of superior absorption properties for an organic solvent is prepared by the arrangement. |
