Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mixing of bubbles at the time of pasting substrates through simple arrangement and process control by coating a record signal transferring face, on the circumference of a specific radius thereof, with adhesive and subjecting a point on the corresponding circumference of a counterpart substrate to a treatment for enhancing wettability to the adhesive. SOLUTION: A substrate 1 is secured to a lower rotary table 10 through vacuum suction and applied while being turned at several tens r.p.m., on the circumference of about 30 mm radius thereof, with a UV-curing adhesive 50 by means of an adhesive coating nozzle 12. A substrate 2 is coated, at a point separated by about 30 mm from the center thereof, with a small quantity (0.1 g or less) of UV-curing adhesive 60 and secured to a substrate fixing table 20 through vacuum suction. Subsequently, the substrate fixing table 20 is lowered slowly while aligning the substrates 1, 2. The lowering speed is decreased further when the adhesive 50 comes into contact with the adhesive 60. Vacuum suction of the substrate fixing table 20 is stopped when the adhesive 50 wets the substrate 2 over the entire circumference. When the adhesive 50 is spread over the entire surface, high speed rotation is started.
