Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a complicated schedule control procedure and to attain the unitary schedule management by using a scheduling engine having a means which performs a calculation in a designated pattern and easily changes a schedule. SOLUTION: A simple schedule management tool is provided with a data base which stores the schedule data, a data base which stores the progress information and a scheduling engine having plural calculation algorithms which are patterned by the feature of a schedule control method. An output device 11 having a TV screen including a liquid crystal shows the screen to the users of an image retrieval system. A computer 12 having a function to successively perform the calculations based on a program has a scheduling engine and controls the scheduling processing. A data base 13 stores the reference objects schedule data and the progress data. A user utilizing the simple schedule management tool inputs the instructions via an input device 14 having a keyboard, a mouse, etc.
