Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature storehouse in which a construction cost can be lowered by simplifying the constitution of an ice chamber for storing and housing ice or snow and a heat insulating characteristic can be improved by improving the sealing characteristic of the ice chamber. SOLUTION: A porous wall 10 is provided concentrically with a side wall 7 in a cylindrical silo 2 provided with the side wall with a heat insulating structure so that an ice and snow chamber 11 for storing and housing ice or snow is formed in the inner space of the porous wall 10 and a heat exchanging air duct 12 is formed in a space formed by the side wall 7 and the porous wall 10, respectively. A freezing ice making device 13 is provided on the ceiling part of the ice and snow chamber 11 and a water storage tank 14 is provided on the bottom part of the ice and snow chamber, respectively. The heat exchanging air duct 12 is connected to a storehouse 3 provided in a position different from that of the cylindrical silo 2 through heat exchanging pipes 18 and 20.
