Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drain a washing water remaining at the inside rapidly and easily when necessary, from a feed water control system to control the feeding of a washing water fed, to a sanitary washing device. SOLUTION: A valve body 49 forming plural drain holes 53 between the bottom plate of a valve chamber 44 is inserted movable up and down in the valve chamber 44, while a drain plug 42 furnishing a passage 55 communicating to a feed water source is installed removable to an installing guide tube 40 which is communicated to the lower side of the valve chamber 44 through the valve body 49, and by removing the drain plug 42 from the installing guide tube 40 when necessary, a washing water remaining in the valve chamber 44 is exhausted from the drain holes 53 to the outer side through the installing guide tube 40 when necessary.
