Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rupture of an elastic material, and lengthen the service life of a gate valve by loosely fitting a pair of inner cylinders to form a passage of a high temperature fluid in a valve casing at prescribed intervals in a concentric shape, and arranged a regulating member to regulate a movement in the passage crossing direction of the respective inner cylinders within a prescribed range between the valve casing and the respective inner cylinders. SOLUTION: A passage T is opened by separating a valve element 2 from a seat 3b by moving a valve rod 2a in the (b) direction. In this case, a thermal expansion difference and a thermal contraction difference between respective inner cylinders 3A and 3B and a valve casing 1 caused by flowing a high temperature fluid in the A direction in the passage T, are absorbed by ealstic deformation of an elastic material 4. In this case, when the valve element 2 is brought into pressure contact with the seat 3b or the valve element 2 is separated from the seat 3b, a pair of inner cylinders 3A and 3B move in the passage crossing direction. When a movement of these inner cylinders 3A and 3B is about to exceed a prescribed range, since an outer peripheral surface 8a of a regulating member 8 comes into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the valve casing 1, a movement of the respective inner cylinders 3A and 3B is regulated, and rupture of the elastic material 4 can be prevented.
