Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant reinforcing method that is effective in earthquake resistance for existing buildings. SOLUTION: A new foundation is constructed, being integral with an existing foundation 7, with a new pile driven for installation into a position near an existing column 8 of an existing building 1, column forms 12, being integral with the existing column 8, are formed at the new foundation, and a new beam 18 is installed in sliding, extending along an existing beam 19, at the top between the column forms 12. Then, with concrete cast into the inside of the column forms 12, a reinforcing rigid frame, being integral with the existing building 1, is constructed.
