TRANSDERMAL ABSORBABLE PLASTER PREPARATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transdermal absorbable plaster preparation using a substrate having moderate strength as a substrate for a plaster, excellent in barrier properties of medicine, skin following properties, occlusive dressing therapy(ODT) effects and handleability, stabilizing these specific characteristics for a long period of time and excellently percutaneously absorbing a medicine. SOLUTION: This transdermal absorbable plaster preparation uses a laminate of a polyester film/vinylon nonwoven fabric having >=5% elongation and >=0.5 kg/10 mm load at tensile breakage measured by the examination method of JIS-K6,732 as a substrate. The thickness of the polyester film constituting the substrate of the laminate is 1.5.-6.0 μm and the unit weight of the vinylon nonwoven fabric is 3-12 g/m .
