Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic multilayered board wherein generation of warp or crack or distortion of a board in the course of baking can be restrained, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A green sheet laminated member 1 is formed by a method wherein three kinds of green sheets A, B and C different in sinterning finish temperature are so arranged that upper layers 5 arranged in the upper part from the center line 4 and lower layers 6 arranged in the lower part from the center line 4 are symmetric to the center line 4, and the center line 4 which has equal distance from the surface 2 and the back 3 of the green sheet laminated member 1 is set as the center. Then shrinkage behavior of the upper layer and that of the lower layer of the green sheet laminated member coincide with each other at the time of baking. Thereby generation of warp or crack or distortion of a board can be restrained. When conductor layer is formed inside the board, constitution of a wiring of the conductor layer is scarcely restricted, so that the freedom of wiring design is increased. Since the constitution of the wiring of the conductor layer is scarcely restricted, manufacture is facilitated, and manufacturing manhour can be reduced. |
