Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a metal coil with a tying band and another metal coil with no tying band and being being thin plate but weighty both into such a structure as being rotatable with one cradle unit alone. SOLUTION: An air tube 4 is installed in a roll groove 10 of a cradle roll 2, and if there is no tying band 3 in a metal coil 1, air pressure in this air tube 4 is heightened, filling up this roll groove 10, and thereby any contraction of the tube 4 and the metal coil 1 is prevented from occurring, but if there is this tyting band 3, the air pressure is lowered to some extent, installing the roll groove 10, and the tying band 3 and the cradle roll 2 are made into being noncontact, whereby the metal coil 1 is rotated on a uniform surface where there is no unevenness. |
