Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pressure loss of a refrigerant steam and to inhibit intrusion of unevaporated refrigerant to an absorber side in an evaporator unit for air-cooling absorption type freezing device. SOLUTION: The inner room of a casing 15 is partitional into a first room 16 and a second room 17 that communicate each other at the upper side of a partitioning plate 19 in the partitioning plate 19, an evaporator 3 and a scattering device 4 are accommodated in the first room 16, and absorber connection pies 11, 11,... that are connected to an absorber 2 are provided at the bottom of the second room 17. As a result, a refrigerant steam being generated at the evaporator 3 in the first room 16 flows into the side of the second room 17 through the upper side of the partitioning plate 19 from the first room 16, thus reducing the pressure loss of the refrigerant steam as much as possible as compared with a case where the refrigerant steam moves via, for example, an eliminator. Also, the partitioning plate 19 prevents unevaporated liquid refrigerant at the side of the first room 16 from intruding to the side of the second room 17. Also, the synergistic effect of the both drastically improves the absorption performance of the absorber 2.
