SANITARY WASHING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply execute opening and closing operation of a drainage plug in a hot water storage tank and to speedily and surely mount a sealing member constituting the drainage plug. SOLUTION: A sealing member 26 having a through-hole with the approximately same diameter as that of a drain outlet provided to a cover body 23 and having inside and outside projections respectively to the inside and outside circumferential sides of both end faces is inserted in a flange formed in the cover body 23, the cover body 23 is provided to a drainage hole 21 opened to a hot water storage tank 6 under such a state, the sealing member 26 is held between the flange of the cover body 26 and a cylinder section formed in the outside of the drainage hole 21 through the outside projection, and an opening and closing valve body 25 for opening and closing the drain outlet 22 is brought into contact with the inside projection of the sealing member 26 to close the drain outlet 22 in a water-tight state. When the drain outlet 22 is opened and closed, the opening and closing valve body 25 is pushed against the inside direction of the hot water storage tank 6 to release the contact with the inside projection of the sealing member 26, and when the push is released, the opening and closing valve body 25 is brought into contact with the inside projection of the sealing member 26 to open and close the drain outlet 22.
