Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the work easier and improve quality for a hollow floor by placing a formwork constituting the bottom portion of the hollow slab between precast members surrounding the vicinities of each steel pipe pile. SOLUTION: An earthen floor concrete 2 is placed on the ground surface, a plurality of steel pipe piles P are used as supporting members, and precast members 5 are installed around through insulation material 3 for surrounding purpose. Formwork receivers 61 are projected out at the upper outer periphery of the precast members 5, a formwork 6 constituting the bottom portion of a hollow slab 1 is placed between precast members 5, 5, reinforcing bars are arranged on the formwork 6, and concrete is poured and a slab in a hollow state is constituted. Since the formwork 6 is made in one united body with the slab 1 concrete, disassembling work becomes unnecessary, and other kinds of work also can be performed in an open space where the workers can work with the standing attitude so that the working efficiency can be improved. Also, the progress of the whole work can be confirmed in an open state before concrete pouring so that the quality can be also improved. |
