SOLUTION: The surface side of a film of a fluororesin F composed of PFA, FEP or ETFE is coated with an aqueous solution of a mixture of a sodium fluoro/alkyl/benzenesulfonate: chemical substance number 3-3477 or Eftop EF-102 (R) (A) and potassium perfluoro octane sulfonate (B) and a spreader such as a polyoxyethylene alkyl aryl ether and dried.
