Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge the freedom of an installation position for the steering tube of a select main body for supporting a select lever turnably by providing first/second stuck parts stuck so as to hold the steering tube from a diameter direction both sides to a bracket. SOLUTION: A column shift device is stuck by welding to the outer periphery surface 86 of a steering tube 6, while shifting first/second stuck parts 82, 84 of a bracket 80 in the vehicular longitudinal direction A for the steering tube 6 at the changing time of an installation position to the steering tube 6. Even when the bracket 80 is installed while moving to the diameter D1 direction pointing to the vehicular longitudinal direction A of the steering tube 6, a select main body 10 can be installed in the bracket 80 and the installation position can be changed without requiring the change of the shape of the select main body 10 and bracket 80.
