Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the maintenance, and in addition, manufacture a synthetic resin tube at a low cost and a sufficient precision, and keep the thickness within a specification by a method wherein the weight of a regular size cut tube is measured by in-line system, and a take-off speed is controlled by the result of the measurement. SOLUTION: A resin tubular body which is extruded by an extruder, and has passed a die 2, is cooled and solidified in a cooling water tank 3, and is drawn by a take-off machine 4, and when the tip end of the extruded tubular body reaches a tube end sensor (b), a movable regular size cutting machine 5 cuts the tubular body. This regular size cut tube is rapidly fed to an inverting table 6 by a conveyor, and the regular size cut tube on the inverting table 6 is transferred onto tube receiving apparatus 8, 8 by a transfer machine 7. Then, the number of products is counted by a product counter which is provided on the transfer machine 7, and every time when a certain number of the regular size cut tubes are accumulated on the tube receiving apparatus 8, 8, the weight of the first tube is measured by a weight measuring device 9. The take-off speed is controlled in a manner to keep the weight within a specified range. Thus, the take-off speed can be controlled by the same precision as the detection and the control of the thickness of the tube by in-line system. |
