Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the force required for separating a pot from a plunger as much as possible by introducing air into a space between a bottom face of the pot and an end face of the plunger at the time of drawing the plunger from the pot. SOLUTION: A transfer molding device is provided with a pot 21 into which a molding material is introduced and a plunger 40 to be inserted removably into the pot 21. After the molding material is introduced into the pot 21, the plunger 40 is inserted into the pot 21, and the molding material is filled from a sprue opening 22 of the pot 21 into a cavity 12 by the plunger 40 to mold a molded product. In that case, an air introduction means for introducing air when the space between the bottom face of the pot 21 and the end face of the plunger 40 is of negative pressure is provided between the pot 21 and the plunger 40.
