Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a converter for community reception with which two polarized waves can be easily transmitted through one coaxial cable at the time of reception on one satellite. SOLUTION: The signals of vertically and horizontally polarized waves inputted from a horn circuit part 1 are separately taken out by substrate probe circuits 2 and 3 for vertical and horizontal polarization. The signal of vertically polarized wave is amplified by SHF amplifier circuits 4a and 5a, mixed with the local oscillation frequency of the local oscillator circuit 7a by a mixer circuit 6a and converted to a 1st intermediate frequency(IF) band. Besides, the signal of the horizontally polarized wave is amplified by SHF amplifier circuits 4b and 5b, mixed with the local oscillation frequency of the local oscillator circuit 7b by a mixer circuit 6b and converted to the 1st IF band. The signals of vertically and horizontally polarized waves outputted from the mixer circuits 6a and 6b are amplified by IF amplifier circuits 8a, 9a, 8b and 9b, mixed later by a mixer circuit 10 and outputted from an output terminal 11 as different 1st IF bands. |
