Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat it over the wide area, easily obtain an object heat generation, and effectively use it for indoor heating by constituting so as to be heated by supplying electric power from a 100 V power source for domestic use to a cloth-like sheet-like heating element used by handing down from a curtain rail. SOLUTION: A power supply ribbon 9 is formed by integrally fixing or waving power supply wires 9a and 9b in the lengthwise direction of slender belt-like cloth. A 24 V DC is supplied from an AC/DC adapter 11 to conductive electric wires 7 through the power supply wires 9a and 9b. Since the power supply wires 9a and 9b are joined to the conductive electric wires 7 by contact points 13a and 13b so as to become alternately different polarity, an electric current flows to a part by sticking a conductive heating agent sandwiched by the respective conductive electric wires 7, and it is heated. Since this conductive heating agent is stuck to a cloth-like body 5 and has a PTC(positive thermal coefficient) characteristic of being heated by carrying an electric current and automatically controls a temperature and can maintain a constant temperature, a special device for temperature control is obviated.
