TAXATION BUSINESS CERTIFICATE ISSUE AND TAX PAYING BUSINESS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce employee's burden and to improve service to taxpayers by providing a terminal which accurately performs full payment check according to tax payment information which correctly reflects a tax amount that is already paid, is directly operated by a taxpayer so that he can pay his taxes and issues a certificate. SOLUTION: When a display input device 11 inputs the registration number of a vehicle, a tax receiving/certificate issue processing part 3 accurately performs full payment check according to tax receiving information that correctly reflects a tax amount that is already paid by collating with a vehicle tax imposing master 17 and a temporary tax receiving file 18 through a host side system 20 and outputs a tax payment certificate onto a printer 13 when tax is fully paid. If the tax is not fully paid, a processing selection menu is shown on a display input device 11 and tax receiving processing is performed to receive cash inputting from a cash transaction machine 12 in accordance with an selection instruction. In the case of full payment after tax receiving processing, a tax payment certificate is outputted and tax receiving data is stored in the file 18 of the system 20.
