Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a plasma device capable of shielding an electromagnetic wave radiated to the outside of the device without lowering a discharge voltage of a PDP(plasma display) unit and without arranging an electromagnetic wave absorbing filter plate on the control circuit substrate. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the PDP unit 3, a control circuit substrate 5 arranged on the rear surface of the PDP unit 3 and drive controlling this PDP unit 3, a conductive body cover 6 covering the side parts and the rear of the control circuit substrate 5 and an electromagnetic wave absorbing filter 7 arranged in front of the PDP unit 3, and stuck with a conductive transparent film, and the conductive body cover 6 is connected electrically with the conductive transparent film to be grounded.
