Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic latent image developing toner which shows good imaging property without depending on the kind or thickness of a paper as a record medium, which shows enough fixing property in a rapid printing process, which causes no head contamination, and which has good storage stability. SOLUTION: This magnetic latent image developing toner essentially consists of a resin and a magnetic powder, and the resin contains a polyetherpolyol resin having at least hydroxy groups and ether groups and having =150 hydroxyl group value. The toner also contains an antistatic and/of conductive powder and the electric resistance of the toner ranges from 10 to 10 Ωcm.
