Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately evaluate the scum adhering property of a rolling oil emulsion without actually performing cold rolling with an actual rolling mill. SOLUTION: When a device for evaluating deteriorating property of rolling oil emulsion is provided with a pair of rolls 1 and 1' which come into contact with each other and rotates at different peripheral speeds, the device is provided with a emulsion tank 2 to store a rolling oil emulsion and a feeding pump 3 to supply the emulsion to the contacting position of the rolls 1 and 1' from the tank 3. The device is also provided with an iron component separating device 6 to temporarily store the emulsion supplied to the contacting position and return the emulsion to the tank 2 after iron oxide powder contained in the emulsion is separated and removed from the emulsion while the emulsion is temporarily stored.
