Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool an entire printed circuit board so as to suppress temperature increases in a drill and a hole inner surface during machining holes by providing cooling means in a table presser or table and workpiece pressure. SOLUTION: Machining is performed by attaching a drill to a spindle 18 and pressing a printed circuit board 24 on a table 2 with a workpiece presser 23. At this time, by tightly fixing the printed circuit board 24 to the table 2, the efficiency of transmitting heat from the printed circuit board 24 to the table 2 is improved and the cooling efficiency of the printed circuit board 24 is also improved. A coolant cooled to a fixed temperature by a cooler is circulated to the flow passage 2a of the table 2 and the flow passage 23a of the workpiece presser 23, the table 2 and the workpiece presser 23 are cooled and the printed circuit board 24 is cooled also from its upper plate 25.
