Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent electric erosion of main metallic parts immersed in working liquid in a working liquid bath in a processing machine for processing workpieces using working liquid. SOLUTION: Aluminum pieces 18 having greater ionizing tendency than that of metal used for metallic parts are attached to main metallic parts immersed in working liquid 2 accommodated in a working liquid bath 1, such as the peripheral wall face of the working liquid bath 1, a workpiece supporting stand 4, an upper wire head 11, and a lower wire head 12. Aluminum melts in the working liquid 2 earlier than the metal used for the metallic parts 4, 11, 12 in a state where it is immersed in the working liquid 2. Thus, since the main metallic parts 4, 11, 12 are not subjected to electric erosion, the life of these parts can be prolonged.
