Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach/detach a die to a surface plate, and to correctly position and fix the die to the prescribed position. SOLUTION: A positioning key 11 and a key groove 22 to slide a base plate 21 in the longitudinal direction and position the base plate in the right-to-left direction are arranged between a surface plate 1 and the base plate 21 of a die 20. A stopper member which is abutted on the distal end of the base plate 21 to perform positioning in the longitudinal direction is arranged to the distal side on the upper surface of the surface plate 1. An upwardly inclined surface 23 to be pressed is formed on the right and left side parts of the base plate 21, and a pair of pressing members 40 having a pressing surface 41 respectively corresponding to the surfaces 23 to be pressed are arranged. To a pair of the pressing member 40, a tightening means 50 to fix the base plate 21 to the surface plate 1 by advancing the pressing members 40, and pressing the surfaces 23 to be pressed of the base plate 21 with the pressing surface 41, is arranged.
