Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible preventing distortion in storaged information caused by charge amount reduction due to increase of the number of use times of a ferroelectric body storage element and precisely discriminating the stored information by deciding a variable reference voltage with the sum total charge amount between the charge amount outputted from capacitors and the charge amount outputted from other ferroelectric body storage elements. SOLUTION: A comparison voltage generator is constituted of the ferroelectric storage element 1 operated by a control signal Cont and outputting the stored data to a comparison voltage terminal Vref and a silicon capacitor 2 operated prescribed signals B0-B3, etc., and outputting the stored data in the capacitors C2-C5 to the comparison voltage terminal Vref. When the control signal Cont and the signals B0-B3 are controlled, and the charge amount of the silicon capacitor 2 output are adjusted, the generated charge amount of the comparison voltage generator and an output reference voltage are changed. Since the number of use times of the ferroelectric body storage element 1 are increased according to a time lapse, and the charge amounts are reduced, the reference voltage is reduced also. Thus, the signals B0-B3 are turned off according to the time lapse, and the comparison voltage is reduced. |
