The delivery port 5 of the incineration ashes (a) from the water tank 1 to the ash pit 4 is provided with the slope 6 and the harmful material treating material is injected from a chemical injection nozzle 7 toward the incineration ashes (a) which are delivered out of the water tank 1 and pass on the slope 6. While the incineration ashes (a) fall in the process of passing the slope 6, the incineration ashes spread and the medicine is injected from the chemical injection nozzle 7 to the thinly spread incineration ashes (a).
