Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diversify the design of, for example, a clockface. SOLUTION: An EL element 4 is provided at the rear of a clockface 2. A stripe pattern 6 is formed at an inner-lighting part 2c of the clockface 2. The stripe pattern 6 is constituted by a light-shielding part 2d that is made of a vertical thin line formed, for example, by a black ink for shielding light from the EL element 4 and a light transmission part 2e with a light transmission property being formed the light-shielding parts 2d. The pitch of the light- shielding part 2d is small at the short-line part at both side parts of the inner- lighting part 2c of the clockface 2 and gradually becomes larger as the part of the long line at the center of the inner-lighting part 2c changes. More specifically, the pitch of the light-shielding part 2d changes so that it gradually increases from both side parts of the inner-lighting part 2c toward the center and the emission brightness of the inner-lighting part 2c gradually changes so that inner-lighting part 2c gradually becomes brighter from both side parts toward the center due to the change in the pitch of the light-shielding part 2d.
