Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the fully automatic flaw detection of welds in a high- temperature large steel structure such as a blast furnace, an air heating furnace with no scaffolds and to perform the fully automatic grinding prior to flaw detecting operation, flaw detection, and the repainting of parts on which flaw detection is performed by one carriage. SOLUTION: The magnetic wheel 2 (2a and 2a' (2b and 2b') of a traveling struck A is formed of a ring-shaped magnet 4 provided around the outer peripheral surface of a wheel 3 of non-magnetic material and a wheel 6 of ferromagnetic material in which a heatproof lining 5 is formed on the outer peripheral surface sandwiching the ring-shaped magnet 4.
