Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for quantitatively taking out powder-grain of which the conditions for setting the takeout amount of powder-grain can be easily carried out and which can quantitatively take out a prescribed amount of the powder-grain without being affected by powder pressure by the powder- grain and without causing the clogging of a takeout nozzle. SOLUTION: In a fluidizing tank formed in the taking outlet in a lower part of a powder-grain pressure container, the inner wall faces of the fluidizing tank are constituted of ventilative porous plates 11, nozzles to blow a gas necessary to fluidize the powder-grain the installed in the side faces and the bottom face of a fluidizing tank and an accelerating nozzle 8 to jet a gas for transporting the powder-grain and a nozzle 9 to take out solid-gas two-phase fluidized body are installed in the same axial direction in the sidewalls of the fluidizing tank, so that the fluidized granular powder can be quantitatively taken out.
