Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of abnormal sound due to collision of a brake pad with mountings in braking. SOLUTION: Impact force of a brake pad 216 and mountings 20a, 20b is mitigated and generation of abnormal sound due to a collision is prevented by providing a second piston (auxiliary member) 30 which is movable integrally with a brake pad 24 in the rotating direction of a disk rotor 18 at a hollow inside of a (first) piston 16 formed within a cylinder 12 of a caliper 10 and providing an elastic body 34 between the second piston 30 and the (first) piston 16.
