Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate power, regardless of a flow direction of fluid, by providing a plural sheets of blade members and a limiter setting the oscillating rage and revolving a rotary shaft in a fixed direction by alternately oscillating the blade members in the vertical direction by fluid flow from the upper part and lower part of the blade members. SOLUTION: When fluid such as air and water from the upper part flows down within a channel 38 of a unidirectional turbine 12, blade members 18 are rotated up to a location where the blade members 18 collide against the lower collar part 26 of a limiter 20 so that the free end parts may be the lower sides with a spindle 16 as a center. When fluid is blown up from the lower part, the blade members 18 are rotated in the upper direction till the free end parts collide against an upper collar part 214. Thus, when fluid flows continuously and alternately from the upper and lower directions, the blade members 18 are rotated in the vertical direction, driving force is generated in the blade members 18 by any direction and the blade members 18 are rotated in a fixed direction with a rotary shaft 14 as a center and power is generated by a generator 28.
