Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contemplate saving in labor, reduction in labor costs and improvement in efficiency in operations including putting in/out sea tangle and opening/ closing of a bag body. SOLUTION: A bag body 1 having a ceiling 2, four side walls 3, a bottom 4 or the like is structured of a non-moisture-permeable and heat-insulating cloth, while an opening is provided along any one of the side walls 3 of the bag body 1 so that it can be opened/closed by a slide fastener 5. The opening comprises the slide fastener 5 which is largely attached in an inverted U-shape from a lower part to an upper part of one side wall, while another slide fastener 7 is linearly attached from a bottom of the slide fastener 5 to a lower part of one side wall 3, whereby the opening can be opened in an arbitrary opening degree whether it be large or small. In addition, a hanging tab 8 is structured on a periphery of the ceiling 2 of the bag body 1, a hanger 9 is attached to the hanging tab 8 and the bag body 1 which is designed to be hung is hung in a seaweed storehouse, thereby allowing labor and labor costs to be saved.
