Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film to be stretched outdoors having transparency, and excellent barrier properties and duration thereof. SOLUTION: A layer (A) containing inorganic oxide fine particles having heat ray shielding ability, where at least one metal belonging to a 3A, 4A, or 5A group of the periodic table is doped, is provided on at least one surface of a thermoplastic resin film. And, acrylic resin layer (B) of 1-10 μm thickness containing ultraviolet light absorber is provided on the layer and/or the opposite surface of the film.
