Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a main shaft attachment installation device for a machine tool in which rotation and dividing positioning of a main shaft attachment around a main shaft axial line can be performed at high precision easily. SOLUTION: An inclined main shaft head 53 of a main shaft attachment is detachably fixed on a circular member 31 at an outer circumferential part of the main shaft head 3 through a housing 33, a sliding bearing 27 is provided through a taper ring 35, and the circular member 31 is supported to the main shaft head 3 around an axial line of a main shaft 1. An installation position of the taper ring 35 to an axial line direction of the main shaft 1 is adjusted and fixed by a position adjusting means, so the taper ring 35 is elastically diameter-enlarged to absorb rattling between the main shaft head 3 and the circular member 31.
